Eloise: I love working inside the factory. In all of my placements I work closely with engineering and manufacturing on the production line. This means everyday is different and fast paced.

Charlotte: One of the best things about being on the ABF Graduate Scheme has been the support network! I've had support from all angles including buddies, mentors, managers, fellow graduates and directors! There's always somewhere to turn to for help or advice!

Colin: As well as group training we also have scheme specific trainings, for supply chain and engineering we have three continuous improvement sessions, which are really practical and great fun! It's fair to say they can also get rather competitive!

Charlotte: My favourite training course over the scheme has to be the presentation skills training! My presentation style and confidence improved massively after the course! We focused on receiving detailed feedback and self-awareness to help us develop our skills

Colin: On my first placement in procurement, I worked on a project to understand if it was feasible to buy whole spice seeds from India and grind them in our factory to make sauces and pastes.

Charlotte: Last year, I was in a digital role on the Jordans brand. Over the year, I led a successful digital campaign, project managed an experiential event, helped develop a launch plan for Jordans new kids cereal and re-designed our website! All fantastic experiences!

Hi everyone, I'm Colin! I'm on the supply chain scheme at AB World Foods in Leigh (near Manchester). My first rotation was in Procurement, I was then in Manufacturing and for the past two months have been working on Brexit in the supply chain finance team! :)
