NEW: Josue Gomez-Gonzalez is accused of raping a female friend during a night of heavy drinking. Per , the 23yo is in the U.S. illegally. This is at least the ninth undocumented immigrant charged with rape or sex abuse of a minor in Montgomery County, Md. since July 25.

MORE: Detectives say Gomez-Gonzalez admitted to having sex with the victim in the back seat of his car. The Salvadoran native recalled the victim held up her pants in effort to thwart the rape while stating, “no.” The attached court documents further describe the brutal attack.

MORE: Montgomery County District Court Judge Sherri Koch granted Gomez-Gonzalez a $100,000 bond. Should the accused rapist manage to post bond, Montgomery County Executive Marc Erich has instructed jailers to alert , but not delay Gomez-Gonzalez’s release in any way.

MORE: Court docs state Gomez-Gonzalez is employed by Maryland Plumbing & Heating as a plumber. Reached by telephone, the Gaithersburg, Md. company told me it verifies immigration status before hiring people. It then hung up. Gomez-Gonzalez also has numerous traffic violations.
