Back at it after break! Students analyzed feeding and nutrition in infants. We discussed formula and breast milk characteristics, nutritional needs of infants and solid foods. Students had fun with their very own baby food taste test!

Foods 4 has started their international foods unit. Our first country...Spain! We had our own tapas including marinated cheese and olives, churros with chocolate sauce, croquettas, olive oil from Spain and gazpacho. Up next Italy and homemade pasta!
