Talked w/ USDA Chief Economist Robert Johansson. He says USDA is rolling the Jan and Feb WASDE all in one report on Feb 8. NASS will issue the January Crop Production report (which shows 2018 final numbers) on February 8. February Crop Production MAY be delayed.
