Nice approach - if they're happy with the time they've invested using the demo version all they have to do is pay for the full version.

Some fantastic interaction possibilities there, to be sure. (And of course Fishing mini games.) :-)

If you’re a fan of word puzzle games, check out this absolute gem - unlike Retrospecs it’s even available on both iOS & Android. \o/

Cool - I've DMed you a code. :-) The app will run on any iPhone or iPad running iOS 9 or above. (It's much better on larger screens/iPads that said.)

For what it's worth, I managed to get a *reasonable* result by first sorting by HSV and then using nearest neighbour (basic Euclidean distance).

Cheer me for the info - I’m using a similar approach, with pretty abysmal results. (Incidentally, if you’ve an IOS device, do let me know if you’d like a promo code for the full version of Retrospecs.) :-)

Do you have an algorithm you use to sort the entries for each palette on , or are they generally as provided by the various authors? (Just wondering if the algorithm is publicly available anywhere, as the results always seem very balanced.)
