It's worth noting that Sheriff Beth issued an "apology" in which he also said: “The interesting part of this entire situation is I have received comments both in support of what I said and also not in support. I appreciate comments on both sides and have taken them to heart.”

Oh he cares about what race they are. Who does he thinks he’s talking too?! This is why officers/unions need to be personally held accountable financially. Citizens should sue the individual and the backer. There needs to be a separate department investigating police officers!

Police officers should be charged more than the average citizen because they should be walking and talking examples of how others should behave. Then I would have respect for them and feel sad if they were to die in the line of duty.and not just FEAR THEM..
