New U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) guidance about the coronavirus is out, and MARADMIN 167/20 explains the new domestic travel, permanent change of station, temporary duty and leave restrictions.

The Department of Defense has instituted a restriction on domestic travel for all personnel in regard to leave, PCS, and temporary duty. Only local leave will be authorized. The restriction beings March 16 and will remain in effect until May 11.
