Wrt trans, aka his inciting incidence origin story. I have yet to read a convincing legal opinion which doesn't find his opposition of the anti discrimination trans addendum to be anything but hysterical

After reading what nazis say and write about cultural marxism (), JP's way of talking about _very similar_ terms feels at the very least poorly phrased

I'm not trying to say that the claims are literally true, but it also wouldn't be hard to convince me of their literal falseness. And given his apparent disinterest, I'm led to the conclusion that his interest seems to be in monetizing the ambiguity. Pyromania!

At a certain level of power and (supposed) intellect, I hold people to higher standards of making themselves understood. Especially if they have multiple chances and channels to be less ambiguous

The above mentioned dog whistle to cultural marxism plus his dramatization of the trans addendum to the anti discrimination laws give the claims some credence

I like your take about working on less controversial politics while others have their tug of war. In my eyes JP seems like controversy pyromaniac

His whole fighting against "postmodern neo marxism" schtick is poorly worded enough calling him (at the very least) a dog whistler seems fair. A person of his academic stature should know about obvious associations with the terms he uses, especially if he beats that horse as much
