I love getting up close to ! Easily overlooked they can be very beautiful. For last day of on the left growing in my garden Fissidens taxifolius, Common Pocket Moss and from my walk today Schistidium crassipilum, Thickpoint Grimmia on a concrete wall.

From the top... On the 7th day of my minibeast hunt gave to me, 7 spiders scurrying, 6 woodlice wandering, 5 wriggly worms, 4 ear wigs, 3 snail shells, 2 slimey slugs and a pill with a flat-backed millipede!

Day 7 of - saved the best until last. A morning run in Delamere forest and spotted plenty of wildlife - a fox, nuthatch, woodpecker, an active badger sett, kestrel and 2 turtle doves. Oh and more holly with berries
