As the come to an end this weekend, here are some images from a training sortie that visited the Isle of Man a couple of weeks ago. The aft wheels only landing is used to drop troops when the landing site slope is outside of limits.

Our final story is about our exchange officer's grandad. Assaulting Juno Beach on D-Day, Capt Stewart assumed command within minutes after his chain of command were killed. For his actions on D+2 he was awarded an MC.
