Sure if you have an issue saving them again, just let me know and we can walk through the process together. The guide linked in the last tweet should help as well. 🙂

That makes sense - new names for things can be a bit confusing for sure. Were you able to get everything sorted out?

They were likely just saved as passwords instead of updating the existing logins. You can review this guide for the relevant steps for your OS - 🙂 Any passwords you generate should automatically be recorded in this section in case there's an error.

If you open up the desktop app, click under Categories, then Passwords, sort by "Date Created" - are they listed there?

I'm happy to help clear up any confusion. Are referring to the name change for your main vault to Personal in 1Password 7?

Which browser extension were you using when you used the "Update Current" option? Just a heads up - I'm not always able to respond 100% live, so please be patient with me. 🙂

Hi Oscar, you have a few options for payment. You can pay with us directly via credit card, pay through the App Store / Play Store (with all methods they accept), or through a 1Password Gift Card which might work best in your case.

There is indeed. We'll just need to unlink the account from the App Store subscription. Could you email support@1password.com for me, including [-73866-935] (with the square brackets) in your email's subject? I'll then have our Billing Team sort it out with you. 😃
