Hey, Thank you for your question! Just to double-check, is the Block Widgets category enabled in your 1Blocker? This category contains rules to block Twitter and FB buttons. If yes, could you send us a DM or submit a message via the app's Send Feedback button? Thank you!

Hey, Yes, it turned out that the workaround doesn't work as expected in some cases. This issue will be addressed in the upcoming release! In the meantime, you can enable the badge in the View Blocked Resources pane to make the icon gray.

Hello, and thank you for reporting this! Does the issue persist after reinstalling 1Blocker? If yes, could you submit a message via the Settings > Send Feedback button of the app? It might help us sort out the problem.

Safari might've needed some extra time to fetch the changes. Could send us a DM if the issue persists after restarting the app? It'd be great to troubleshoot it a bit further.

Hey, John! If you are getting an error message like the one I've attached, could you try disabling the Block Polish Ads category? There's a too generic rule there that we need to fine-tune. Thanks!

I see. In this case, we can try to troubleshoot it further to understand why it might have happened. If you want to proceed and have time, just let me know in DM.

Hey, thank you for your question! Since Youtube introduced some significant changes to the way they serve ads, there might be some ads that bypass our rules. It's tough to say when we can fix it, but if there's a solution, we will add it to 1Blocker immediately.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out to us. As far as I can see, our rules shouldn't affect Youtube's history. Did you notice when the history disappeared approximately? Also, does it show up when you disable 1Blocker?

Yes, that's a good point. I can give you any time frames right now, but we will keep it in mind.

Hey Max! For some reason, it's not reproducible on our test devices, but, yes, we are eager to fix it. Could you submit a couple of recent crash reports to our email (support@1blocker.com)? We will compare them to the ones we already have. Thank you!

Hey, thanks for your report. We've pushed the fix lately, so it will be shipped in the next cloud rule update. If you want to disable the rule that breaks Arstechnica, please, open the app's Block Ads category and use the search bar to find it. The rule: .ads-loaded

Hey! Wow, thanks! Any chance the iCloud Sync will work for you? If 1Blocker is installed on two devices sharing the same iCloud ID, the rules should get synced.

Hey Sam! That's a good question, and we've received similar questions recently, but currently, we distribute the app only via the App Store.

Hey, yes, the Block Annoynances category contains rules that remove such banners. Even though we block many of them, websites put a lot of effort into improving such notifications. Feel free to give me the website's address, and I'll be happy to check if this can be fixed.
