I actually can't think of a single capability missing if we're measuring it by the number of standalone things that can be used together. We've got bash, cmd.exe, powershell.exe, terminal.app. Combine those with CVE POCs and I think we're there bois.

Anything can be weaponized even the software that the org uses internally. I think one of the biggest concerns are undocumented functionalities or forgotten funcs (looking at you wmic.exe, wmi, and .cpl extension).
